CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS

"We use
Optocycle because..

Ralph Lang

Managing Director @ Blasius Schuster

...we can identify so precisely which material composition we have been delivered and, accordingly, how we can process it in the best possible way using one of our various treatment options in the yard. The easy installation during ongoing operations ultimately convinced me completely."

Eberhard Fritz

Head of Material Flow @ Heinrich Feeß

...it spared us the discussions with the suppliers. A solid database is always better than having to weigh different opinions against each other."

Nils Härtel

Project Manager @ Zeller Recycling

"We use Optocycle because inspecting the unloaded heaps is an essential part of our quality control. Backing this up with facts and figures is a game changer for us."

Daniel Weis

Division Manager @ Weimer Group

…the system significantly facilitates our monitoring and documentation – especially when inspecting incoming material. At the same time, it simplifies the sustainable, digital maintenance and archiving of our data. Anomalies are detected at an early stage, providing a reliable basis for transparent customer communication, particularly in the case of fluctuating material qualities."

Tim Menner

…the self-scan function allows us to completely automate deliveries in our yard. Especially in times of staff shortages, this is an enormous relief."

USE CASES

Together, we bring  light into the darkness. Strong partnerships combine expertise with innovative power and turn ideas into measurable success.

  • TRUCK IMAGER

    Kirchheim unter Teck

In the yard of Heinrich Feeß GmbH & Co. KG, the Optocycle Truck Imager is used directly at the lorry weighbridge. The system automatically records every delivery and creates a reliable database for waste code classifications (AVV) as well as the reliable detection of oversized edge lengths. For Feeß, the decisive added value lies in the objectivity of the data: misclassifications are significantly reduced and discussions with suppliers are almost completely eliminated. Instead of subjective assessments, comprehensible image and material data are available at all times – a clear win for efficiency, legal certainty and process stability.

  • TRUCK & TRAIN IMAGER

    Frankfurt

Blasius Schuster is already using several Optocycle systems across its locations. In addition to the optical sensor technology on the truck weighbridge, a specially adapted Truck & Train Imager is also used in rail freight transport. This automatically documents both the contents and the condition of the wagons from both sides. Consequently, damage, contamination or material discrepancies can be detected early and clearly assigned. The result: greater transparency, improved quality control and significantly simplified tracking along the logistics chain.

  • TRUCK IMAGER

    Lahnau

The Weimer Group uses the Optocycle Truck Imager for fully automated documentation of all deliveries. Every entry is recorded digitally, without the need for additional manual work steps. This creates a seamless database of material flows, making it possible to analyse and optimise processes sustainably. The scalability is particularly valuable: as the volume of data grows, processes can be standardised, bottlenecks identified, and future decisions made based on facts.

  • Self-scan

    Breisach am Rhein

With the Optocycle self-scan function, Tim Menner completely automates deliveries to his yard. Drivers record their deliveries independently, while Optocycle documents and links all relevant data in the background. Especially in times of skilled labour shortages, Self-Scan offers a decisive advantage: staff workload is reduced, waiting times are cut, and yard operations remain smoothly manageable even during high-volume periods. At the same time, data quality remains consistently high thanks to automated recording.
